Anybody seen the woman who has appeared living under the canal bridge in Baswich? She doesn't look 100% with it and has set up home under the bridge, with her belongings. Seems an odd place for a homeless person to stay!
Should the authorities be told (I.e. Council) or as she is on the tow path, would it be the Waterways?

No idea if she has guinea pigs ... bit difficult to wander up and have a look as she is camped on the tow path under a bridge. She wears a bandana type thing on her head and looks like she needs a good bath!
