I'm thinking of having a go at the Keto diet, my sister in law has talked me into doing it with her.
I'm very aware that carbs are my downfall so I'm hoping to see results, I am partial to an avocado but I'm just not sure I can live without spreading it on toast.
That being said after gaining when I finally quit smoking (almost at 2 years smoke free) followed by a year of lockdown and comfort eating I've never been more in need of getting my (larger than I would like it to be) arss in gear - I figure anything is worth a try!
Has anyone seriously had a go at this and seen results? It's sold as a lifestyle adjustment rather than a fad diet but I'm going to need some convincing.
