I may be neither. Give us a kiss and I'll tell you!

I imagine you think that only white faces allowed in UKIP

After all Labour has done for them. Don't they know they're 'owned' by Labour and should show unquestioning loyalty.

You imagine incorrectly. I am well aware of UKIP and their need to show they represent people of all colours. I feel though their non white members should be wary. First they came for the Polish, and I did not speak out. Then they came for the muslims, and I did not speak out, then they came for the homosexuals and I did not speak out. When UKIP run out of targets, apologies, when UKIP stop with their common sense and straight talking, then they will need new targets. If you are a white straight christian male then you will be fine.

Admittedly, that might be a little over dramatic, the message though is UKIP are going for populist targets, their members have issues with gay people, people with disabilities, asians, muslims, blacks and women. It has to be said with alarming regularity. Their targets are always changing. It might be you next.

Worth a watch, just don't throw things at the telly, it's not the TV's fault.

It shows how difficult it is to get anything through the commons or anything done in the commons*, whatever party is trying to do good and whatever amount of MPs they have or haven't got.

It isn't a case of them saying we'll give you this and that when we get in, because they can't do that, kinda.
Just saying.

You don't like the big lot, the two big parties, then take a stand yourself, not a vote but a stand ...and then, erm, stand!

*apart from prance about trying to look important, spending tax payers money.

So, as it stands, as I'm sure you're all very eager to know, I think I'm opting for Mary Jennings for Littleworth and Kate Godfrey, Stafford.

Yes, a Conservative-Labour combo, a Conservabour.

I think i'll vote Mary as I can remember her kicking up a well deserved stink about Bovis Homes cutting down the trees, at the St. Georges development.

Yeah, I know, my whole voting preference based on one small story, who'dah knew!

Two questions for you. At what figure does the UK population become a detriment to the quality of life for the people who live here? 70 million, 75, 80?
And do you accept that many people in this country, of whatever ethnic background, are concerned that successive governments have allowed net migration over the past 20 years to be far greater than that was seen before then without ensuring that enough housing, infrastructure and public services was provided for the growing population?

I agree with what you are saying, when do you say enough is enough because things can't carry on the way they are before something has to give.

If you're worried about the population figures then I suppose you'd best vote for a party that will do something everyone having children!

Well I remember back in the late 80's the consensus was that the population had peaked and that lower birth rate was going to see a population decrease.
Why has the birth rate gone up during the past 25 years?
