Leave or Remain?

Well yes, of course they are. Are you suggesting Comrade Jeremy (or anyone else for that matter) could step in and sort this all out?

Anyway...

Voting to leave was the wrong choice in my opinion but spending one's time hand-wringing, wishing it wasn't thus, fantasizing about overturning the result or hoping things go badly so we can say 'I told you so', isn't going to achieve anything.

We are where we are and it's time to get on with it. Press, politicians, arty-farty types and the rest of us need to get a grip and move on.

You might want to read that back Mrs May

It sounds rather like someone who has just declared war on Russia , realised how ridiculous it is, but to save face carried on with the suicide anyway

What happens to all the euro MPs pensions when we leave? Farage has quite a tidy EU pension coming his way, funded in the majority by the taxpayer. Obviously being so against wasting money on the EU he'll choose to forgo that.....

Word has reached me that Northern Ireland is to be sacrificed

No wall will be built to separate the EU ( Ireland ) from the UK ( Northern Ireland )
allowing EU citizens the freedom to cross the border, however, there will be restrictions for anyone entering Great Britain at ports and airports .

I look forward to 310 miles of duty free shopping

Newsnight this evening was NI heavy - Aherne and Powell were 'talking heads' - worth a watch if it's up yet.

In the current climate, one feels it is at best ill advised to run such a 'headline' as -

Government defeated on Brexit bill...

... when actually all that has happened is the Upper House has proposed amendments to an extremely curtailed Bill that almost certainly will be rejected when it's thrown back - it's even there in the 'body' of the report -

However, MPs will be able to remove their changes when the bill returns to the House of Commons

- and they will, that's the news, or rather it will be.

What the Actual F*ck are you thinking BBC?

Do you want to be thought of as a 'fake news' outlet?

Because that's how you come to be thought of as a 'fake news' outlet.

It's probably also how you come to have ants.

Spouting nonsense since the day I learned to talk
The £ has fallen, prices have risen and now the Government are going to put up taxes to collect a 'Brexit Fighting Fund'. All this and we haven't even triggered Article 50 let alone actually left the EU.

Way to go Vote Leave!

Oh and immigration levels will no doubt stay the same after leaving.
