Looking for a running/jogging buddy

Hiya, Im looking for a jogging buddy, I'm an absolute beginner and don't want to go out on my own. Please msg me if your interested stafford rising brook area :)

It might be worth giving a general area - or they might be tired out by the time they reach you.....

Know its not really answering your question, but I know Stafford Harriers do some training from Rowley Park, you might start there to find like minded folk. http://www.staffordharriers.org/ Am not a member, former member of Cannock and Stafford, who now runs on my own with the dog. I run at odd times due to shifts, but I am sure I we run at a mutually convenient at some time during the week, if the Harriers option does not appeal, and you get no offers from other forumites, you know where to call.

Oops, I missed this as I don't often check this section of the forum. If you are still in need of someone to run with, I can probably oblige on occasion. Going slow doesn't bother me, and I already meet up with at least one other beginner runner on occasion.

May require some patience, however, as between work and training for the Great Birmingham Run next month, my free time is looking woefully thin on the ground.
