Looking for small industrial unit/shop in Stafford area to lease/rent.

Hi folks,
Hope this finds you well.

We are looking for a small, dry, secure industrial unit in the Stafford and surrounding area. Purpose to store clothing stock and accessories etc, and to act as occasional shop, when people may come to view bulk stock.

Budget tight, but will conside reasonable costings.

If anyone knows of anything they may think suitable, or maybe even a Unit or Shop share basis, please feel free to email us on celticskins@live.co.uk Thanks for reading.

The place on the corner of the Reynolds Center is only ever occupied for a few months at a time, unfortunately they just got a new tenant. Of course, the reason they always close so quickly would need investigation!

If its for storage only do you need to pay rates?

As I'm sure you know, there's empty units and shops all over the place, but landlords seem to prefer them to be empty rather than let them cheaply - in case the existing tenants want a drop too...

Know what you mean, shops wise just look behind the old Woolworths. Not sure on storage though, astonfields estate?

Not so much these days with void rates etc.

Is somewhere like Storage Boost not acceptable?

Very secure, lots of access, neat and tidy to show clients etc.

I did suggest to them that they subscribed to this topic to be alerted as any posts came in. We'll see. Their site works OK for me. They do also have an eBay shop - welshskingirl-1973 - you could try that..
