LOST WALLET - Weeping cross/Hillcroft Park

[Moby Dick]

Just got back from a bike ride 15:10 pm. to find my wallet has fallen out of my pocket. Wallet is black leather with a distinctive Nurburgring logo on the side. Lost somewhere from Weeping Cross, Knowle Road, Hillcroft park area.

Roads covered:

Porlock Avenue,
Tiverton Avenue,Bodmin Avenue - path across park,
Knowle Road,
Bridle road to Mendip Avenue,
Selworthy Drive,
Stockton Lane.

Hardly any cash but cards in there though now deactivated.

hope it turns up i lost mine in the bird in hand pub once, i went back asked bar staff the next day if anything was handed in and was told no but 2-3 weeks later the owner turned up at my door and personally gave me my wallet back, bad feeling though knowing its gone.

I once drove off from a pub car-park in Epsom with my wallet on the car roof - and £500 cash + a selection of cards in it.

It came back - complete - through my letter-box two days later.

That was 1993.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend having your address in your wallet these days, but a mobile number should be safe enough..

Well further to this my wallet has not turned up so assume some not so honest person has got it.

I really hope it does turn up... I hate thieves! it's all the hassle which comes with a lost wallet/purse when you have to cancel and replace cards etc as well.

I live around the area you say you lost it and will certainly keep my eyes peeled
