Some mates of mine are off to live the high life in Manchester at the end of this month, and are looking for tenants for their really nice house on the Doxey Road in Castletown. It's directly opposite Sainsbury's, 5 mins walk from the town centre, 5 mins walk from the train station, and The Railway Inn, Castle Tavern, Essence of the Orient and the Windmill Chippy are all within 150 yards.
The house is a mid-terrace with 2 double bedrooms, a big kitchen (pretty unusual for houses on Castletown), downstairs bathroom, a large lounge with double doors leading to a well-maintained, decent sized garden. The house is very well presented, with all mod cons (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, double electric oven, gas central heating, broadband, Sky etc), and some lovely neighbours. It's also fully furnished, and very nicely too.
As i'm sure other residents will vouch, Castletown has a the feel of a tiny village in the middle of town, with very little crime, and lots of friendly people. It's über-convenient for amenities and transport links, making it a very appealing location for almost anyone.
Ideally they're looking for a professional couple but will consider other options too. The price is £495pcm, and i think that's inclusive of some, if not all bills. They are advertising it through GDH Property but it's not on their website as yet, and i've no pics to offer either, but will pop them on when available.
