Mine arrived today, very impressed for the money.

Just got off chat to amazon, they said return it. I asked for a replacement, they said they don't have any. I pointed out the three different listings sold by amazon for this item, they said they are different. I pointed out the used the same item name and photo, they say the ASIN codes are different so they aren't the same item. I asked why they falsely advertised that they were, they said they are not falsely advertising as they are the same. I asked for one then, they said they don't have the same ASIN code so aren't a replacement. They advise I return mine and order one of the other different but identical items at a higher price.

Basically computer says no! It's like dealing with ebay.

Leaves my hand free for something else, if I'm moving it more than a few feet I rarely use the small carry handles on the bag I have.

Talked to someone more helpful today. They are sending another, I need to return this one. They can't just send the strap, which would save everyone hassle!

Great bags though, wondering if I should re-purpose the spare as my camping bag rather than return it.
