Mango Bean - new coffee shop in Stafford

I walked past this new coffee shop this morning, its situated opposite Cash Converters near to the entrance to the Guildhall Shopping Centre...

Has anyone been in so far and if so what were your thoughts ?? I must admit the first thing that came into my head when I saw it was how long will it last given its location.....

The latter... i think in the past it might of been a cupcake shop ? On the left as you look towards the doors to the guildhall....

There isn't exactly a shortage of coffee shops in town is there. I wonder what their USP is. If they don't have one then they won't be there long.

The better half has been in a few weeks ago and apparently its a franchise....that said i think its in totally the wrong location

We grabbed a coffee from it the other day - no complaints from @Goldilox (which is high praise indeed) - I actually think the location is great, we grabbed a lunch on the way to sit in the sunshine by the church

With the closing of No 15 and the opening of this place plus the refurb and opening of The Crafty Sow maybe the town has enough daytime establishments for a while? Or do any daytime diners/drinkers have a different view?
From memory we have maybe 8 places to get daytime coffees etc but a decreasing amount of pubs for an evening.
Just need a few more shops to provide customers for the coffee shops now. Ya get me?

The Stafford Arms and The Eagle and The Railway Hotel and Chambers to morph into one giant glass taverna to be built on the site of Kemley House for the Great Exhibition?

I suppose we'll have to wait for the Riverside development to open and get established to see how it affects the town. I take it we are having a Nando's. was there another restaurant planned for the development?

Nando's, Prezzo, Chiquitos and a vacant unit (these are next to the cinema on the other side of the river....
