Ideal for keeping snacks / lunches and drinks cool on a day trip out in the car.
Bought at a recent boot sale with the intention of using it for camping, but have since realised that they can drain a car battery in 24 hours so it is more suited for day trip / travelling kind of use where the engine is running for a reasonable length of time.
Not sure of it's size, but with the shelf removed it can hold 4 x 4pt milk jugs standing up.
Tested on both household mains and car cigarette lighter socket. Works on both. Comes with both cables. Best plugged in at home for several hours / the night before the journey as this would ensure it doesn't have to work too hard from the second you plug it in to your car.
