    No modern high intensity version

    I think the original A1s had electric lighting
    there is an alternator behind the smoke deflector (see pic above)

    I made less of a cock-up on the return run and so there is a video in Gramaisc-O-Vision available here. I like to think that the wind noise adds to the effect and the dog at the beginning seemed to be quite impressed, anyway..

    It took a few attempts to get the Mallard flypast to work and they were a little too high, but it's a while since we've had a Tornado fly around here and it seemed the easy way out. Obviously, I could have used long-tailed tits, but I feared that they would just keep pecking at the lens..
