I've found that rum cures that. (Not the bouncing … actually … that gets worse …) … It's just you don't notice it so much. :teef:

Have used that torture machine (the bike) to get to work, for 2 days now. I lost the use of my right leg somewhere near Pearll Brook. Have found muscles I didn't know I had. My lungs feel like they have been ripped right out of my body, stamped on and shoved back in sideways.
How folk (@stoofer34 @Withnail ) do such long rides amazes me,
I'm back on it again Wednesday, cos Bob the car is in for his MOT. I may have an ambulance complete with defib on stand by.

Daft as it sounds, yes. I'm noticing the wildlife, what there is of it, on my way to work. I am seriously overweight, and need to do something to improve myself. I know I won't go in on it everyday, but maybe twice a week to start with. Won't do me any harm... will it?

Of course not !! … (Mind you, if yer found at the side of the road as stiff as a board with a deep look of 'light at the end of the tunnel' stuff on yer face … don't blame me.)
I think that legally covers me …. :hmm:

Got a psychic freaking me out staring at me and giving me daggers in the pub. :o

She once stopped me as I was walking along and told me she normally blocks them out, but a spirit was being persistent that she gave me a message.... Turned out quite accurate :o :mystery:

Thought I'd got an empty seat next to me....maybe not ( it it's the ghost of my dog I don't mind, but me& my late parents last parted on bad terms ..)

Had a week off exercise, but today ran 7k. First time I've run more than 5k (which I've only done 3 times) and I actually beat my overall pace so quite happy with myself :)

Off for a walk over the chase now.
What was chasing you and where, so I can avoid the area? :P Well that's why people run yes? Something big and nasty is chasing them?
