A few posts under my belt
Just had a phone call from 01637 013916 asking if I had been involved in a car accident that wasn’t my fault.

I replied that I had been involved in such an accident and the lady got more and more excited as I answered her questions about what had happened and what my injuries were.

This continued for a good 20 minutes or so and then for some strange reason she abruptly cut me off when I answered her question of when it happened and whether I had been awarded any compensation. I only told her the truth that it was 1983 and I won enough compensation to fit out the house we had just moved into, in Wordsley, with completely new furniture and fittings.

Oh well it wasn’t my phone bill I was wasting :)
You have way too much time on your hands hooperman lol

Mrs T's latest diet off to a flying start today:
Breakfast, 2 weetabix, mid morning bacon and egg sandwich, between 12:00 & 15:00 a packet of chocolate digestives. Now for tea it's cheeseburger and chips from the chippy with 3 rounds of bread and butter.
I despair.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Canine p still being very VERY grumpy this evening after being taken out for a somewhat wet walk this morning by p jr and I. To cap it all she insisted in rolling in some seaweed and had to be hozed down when we got back.

She's fine with everyone else but whenever I go near her she growls :D

As anticipated I am meeting a friend for a beer tonight. First time in nearly 5 months, he wants to meet in Spoons so we meet in Spoons. Pretty good set up. Well policed. The app has always been a positive, more so now.

Glad it's not only me

My nine millionth diet started well today, until a trip to the Co-op tonight to get an onion to go with tomorrows salad resulted in forgetting the onion completely , but arriving back home with a nice big box of already cooled down ciders and 'bargain' packet of choccie biscuits .

She's looking to get into all the clothes she's bought over the last couple of years to "slim into".

When I decide I'm going to diet I eat more food than ever. The only times I really manage it if I track it obsessively on MyFitnessPal
The only thing that works for me is obsessive my fitness pal, and 3 x 1.5 hrs gym cardio excersise per week.

Despite having gym membership I've not used it in a year... :(

Yep, when I'm on it I weigh every piece of lettuce. God help me when I have to go back to the office a few days a week so don't have time to get in 2 lots of exercise a day; I don't know how I'll stop eating as much as I am!
