The only logical and scientific explanation is that the dye was haunted. The dye had died.
Perhaps there was a little hair moose in the package
Were you threatened with arrest if you did not respond immediately?
Hung up before they had chance to tell me.
<------Going to keep an eye out for HairDyeZilla.
(From little acorns, mighty monsters grow ... )
What ever 'it' was got out...it's now loose in your house....
Remember that little fellah that burst out of John Hurt's chest ? Scooted off into the bowels of the ship .... and then growed some.
That's what I'm worried about, and, the carer wouldn't tell me if there was something horrible in it either..... I've got 2 other witnesses to the scratching noise though....
*hiding upstairs to type this, incase it's loose downstairs
Had a phone call from a strange number , and for some reason answered it this time rather than my normal leave it then block.
Glad I did as it was sons neighbours checking if he was ok as they hadn't seen him and his car hadn't moved all week . Nice to know someone is looking out for him , even though he only sees them for the occasional hello on his way out to work.
(I'd given her my number over a year ago, when son was abroad and I'd gone down to check his house was ok . She'd come across and warned me they'd had intruders a few days earlier and offered to put his bin out for him on collection day, instead of me leaving out early and advertising he wasn't there. I'd given her my number incase they saw anything suspicious at his house, but hadn't got hers. )
Was able to reassure her that he was actually taking a weeks holiday off work and staying in to avoid the virus as much as possible, but enjoyed a nice chat and now got her number as well incase of any concerns in the future.
Big sense of relief that even though the neighbours keep themselves to themselves, they are actually watching out for him !
I have a job in Scotland!
Part time teaching assistant in the local primary school!
Gawd help me I hate children!!
Hoorah (I think)
I'm really excited but a tad nervous as I've not taught primary before!
How do you get kids to focus when they're babbling about spider man???
I have no idea, there's a reason I don't have children...
Babble back at them about Paw Patrol, you'll have their undivided attention...
Add whatever their current interest is, in this case Spiderman to the lesson. Maths? 2+2 becomes 2 Spidermen plus 2 Spidermen. Or if Spiderman shoots 2 webs then another 2 how many webs did he shoot. Etc.
My advice also brush up on Superhero general knowledge, current kids series etc so you know roughly what they are on about. Pick a favourite character, they are bound to ask you what it is. It's better than keep saying I don't know.
