Woke up early to sun streaming through the window so decided to strip all the beds and wash every thing in sight ................. now got 4 clothes maids full, banister full of stuff on coat hangers,every door and chair in the house with clothes hanging off them. Keep sticking it all out when the rain stops, only to race back out a few minutes later to get it back in again.Stupid stupid stupid weather

Could have gone for lunch at the Riverside if I'd looked on here a bit earlier. As it is we're tucking into a mushroom Cup a Soup type thing and a packed of ready salted crisps

I noticed earlier that Stafford Library is incredibly warm, might move in there next winter an save on my heating bill!

Been to a clients funeral today at the crem. It made me laugh out loud when the song "Always look on the bright side of life" started playing at the end, but no doubt this must be a regular choice for those who have a great sense of humour, and it's certainly the way I'd like to been seen off when the time comes.

I opened a can of ginger beer and left it in the fridge for 3hours then i drank it and this i enjoyed........

Survived my trip to Cannock. Ended up sober and not in the mood so sat watching the baseball game or Monaco run up (depending on which view was obscured) while everyone else partied.

cut the front / side hedge for my neighbour today as well as my side obviously , did the back yesterday .

Today for me has been all about sunshine, pink wine and waterfights.

Took kids to Wallasey beach for the day - 80 miles by Motorways so only just over an hours drive, and we were pleasantly surprised with the place as we havent been there before.

Bought a new, higher-spec-than-I-already-have DSLR on Saturday. There's gonna be a steep learning curve.

Took kids to Wallasey beach for the day - 80 miles by Motorways so only just over an hours drive, and we were pleasantly surprised with the place as we havent been there before.

Never heard of the place before , but looks ok for a possible visit sometime
