Out on a girly night out and my friend suggested My Belles, opposite the new registry office for cocktails - all ice cream or sorbet based cocktails but super tasty.

They looked like they had a decent coffee machine and they knew how to use it - and the cakes looked amazing.

Can't wait for an excuse to go back =D

It's always difficult to tell what people mean by 'evening', perhaps ask them and let us know what you hear?

Bit difficult when it's closed Checked their Facebook and nothing there to suggest why - indeed it says they were open Saturday. No sign in the window. Just seems a bit odd. Last time they had to close they had a sign up saying so.

If the answer to every query about a local business on here was "why don't you go ask them" the forum would be a very quiet place

As it happens someone has asked them why they weren't open on Saturday evening and they haven't replied. It's just not a great impression to find one of the relatively new units in town unexpectedly closed.

There seems to be a surprising amount of amateur behaviour amongst some of the newer business people in Stafford.
