Yes spotted that as well this morningI was walking past Connells this morning and noticed the offices above are being converted into 11 flats

Don't know.
I just remembered that gable - a sheet of lead was hanging off it for months a few years ago, after a windy night. Must have weighed a hundredweight, or two...
