I'm not sure sharks would be all that useful in Stafford, we're a bit far from the see - also hey only have little fins and would be pretty rubbish at admin...

As wormella said, I think there's just 1 person there. They did hold an 'opening' event when they first moved in. I spoke to someone then and it seemed a bit like they didn't really know what they were going to do with the place; they mentioned a few things they *could* do with the place. They then went on to say they'll be moving into the whole building by January.... I'm pretty sure that would be the January that past us 9 months ago...

Eleven contracts have been offered to community bodies, an NHS trust and a church group, while talks are already underway with other organisations in advance of a second phase of applications later this year."

Whereas it's actually abundantly clear that people value their libraries a good deal more than the concil does

I walked past the old new library today, n there was still racks of books left on the shelves. Is it safe to presume these along with the building are left to rot in there now ?
