So we'll have a chicken place, a tex mex style place, a BBQ style place and an American place? Seems like they will be in direct competition with each other for a lot of the customers (other than nandos as they only sell one thing). Not complaining though, nice to see something other than curry!
Which ones do you mean?im unsure weather more places to eat is a good think or a bad, yes we welcome in many chain eateries that will compete with one another but what about the establishments that we already have that seam to be failing!
Which ones do you mean?
Oh, no Nando'sLooking at this plan and cross referencing planning applications
Food
Unit 14 will be Chiquitos (they've applied for signage)
Unit 18 will be Coast to Coast - but I'm stumped if I can actually find that on any map for it's exact location. Another bit of the planning data base has it listed in the same block but it might be a standalone store?
The Littern Tree as was and half of @Jade-clothing's old shop will be Revolution
Shops Wise
Unit 2c will be H&M
Unit 3 will be Vision Express
Unit 6 will be Primark
Unit 10 will be New Look
Unit 11 will be M&S
That's no great loss to be honest. The other places that serve good food and have good customer service seem to be doing well. I can't see it being a problem. You only have to look at the post house i learnt yesterday that they no longer do food
Isn't Coast going into the old Tavern?

You get a good breakfast at the SwanI agree, as long as I can get a good breakfast they have my vote
I reckon @Jade-clothing might be able to help us understand...I'd heard that too but it doesn't seem to be backed up by the planning documents...
The Tavern's address is 33 Greengate Street - not Unit 18 of Riverside as the license application states
