New watering holes and eating establishments in stafford?

Enjoying a drop of red.
How do you explain people voting Conservative

How do you explain really expensive loud exhausts

How do you explain the success of KFC

How do you explain Carling drinkers
The first three can be explained, sort of. There is no excuse, however for being a Carling drinker.

Every buffalo has there watering hole!!

People tend to throw money at places like that but are always more cautious when choosing there places to eat!!

As someone accurately pointed out

Stafford night out - spend 50 pounds

40 pounds on alcohol

10 pound on food

The balance is somewhat different for the many of the older members of society (over 40s). Say £50 on booze and £60 on grub.

And as we are constantly being told, we are an ageing society.

How does that explain Casa then?

I was also taught the £1 should = 1 hour on entertainment in whatever format you enjoy, so if you spend £40 on a computer game you get 40hrs worth of entertainment from it.

For anything above that ratio you factor in the entertainment added value - Mainly in experience. It's a lot cheaper for me to wait until a big budget film is on Netflix of Amazon Prime, services I already pay for - but if you don't go to the cinema you miss everything else associated with that - seeing it first, probably with your friends, being able to give others your opinion, the feeling of an experience, etc.

Casa is no difference - you're not paying purely for the cost of alcohol but also the experience of being there and the entertainment factor and part that plays in life at the time. The prices at any of these restaurants (and I don't think the prices at Coal looked all that bad if it's a slightly uninspired menu from a living with a vegetarian point of view') - you factor in the experience, the feeling of 'going out for food', or not doing the washing up, of indulging in pudding you probably wouldn't usually have.

However even I don't have a reasoning for Carling drinkers.

I'm a larger drinker and I do drink Carling but only if there's nothing else. Out of choice I'd drink Peroni, San Miguel, Moretti, Amstel, Stella etc

Ignoring the obvious

Are you a smoker?

I've noticed a lot of smokers drink chemicals known as Carling, Stella and Amstel. Wondering if the taste buds are destroyed by nicotine or if the chemicals in the chemical make you need a cigarette

Beck's used to only be allowed 4 ingredients under Germanic purity laws. Not sure what happens to it when it's produced in Luton though.
