Panache Restaurant on Stone Road in Search of a New Location

When I found out about Panache being a care home I was really disappointed as it is my favorite restaurant in Stafford.
The food and Service has always been excellent and when I was there last night I asked them about it and was informed that it was true but they are now looking for a new site to move into. If anyone knows of a site please let me know so I can let the guys at panache know.

Cool I will let them know. If you have any further information that I can sent to them would be real helpful.
Thanks John

That area is already fairly densely populated with south Asian cuisine outlets, plus the old library and the Malt & Hops renovation still to come on stream..

Exactly... we could have a Stafford version of the curry mile in Rusholme, Manchester....all the restaurants do well as the area becomes an attraction in its own right and draws customers from a wider geographic area..... better than a pound shop mile !!

Depends, they ripped all the old character out of the old pub when they opened panache and the P&A is a listed building. Do people want to eat a curry in that environment? Me, hell yeah, but I'm well aware my tastes are divergent to the general populace.

Me too - well actually would eat a good curry anywhere but I don't like seeing the P&A sat there doing nothing

Yeah, same here. Its odd, its the perfect boozer, but nobody ever went. We were always one of the only ones in, rarely saw it busy. Not sure what they did wrong, maybe they should have concentrated more on the beers and made the food an afterthought? Don't know the answers, but sad to lose the place :(
