Well there is that.

Electorally speaking, it is still perfectly within your rights to shout 'Thicko!' at him, at whatever juncture he coincides with your life.

He has yet to coincide with my life - beyond not voting for him twice - in any way whatsoever.

It would seem reasonable in the circumstances, would it not, that should first contact be made i can quite justifiably shout 'Thicko!' at him twice?

Vote tek-monkey!

Be careful not to cause "harassment, alarm or distress".

Those that care enough to vote have spoken, who cares for those that haven't voted, they don't count for shit do they?
...excuse my French.

Can we all stop going on about those that didn't turn out to vote?!!

...again, there's 11,000 that chose to go (and vote) and either spoiled the ballot paper or well, the crosses weren't crossy enough.

I drew a Golden eagle with the Stafford knot in it's talons, making its way to Stoke, is that a spoiled ballot paper?

It was on the back!

Wise to draw it on the back

If you drew it in one box, without straying into another box, then that is a 'mark' and would constitute a valid vote for whoever's box you were in at the time.
