GoPro are very good and come with waterproof housings. You can buy lots of third party mounts from Amazon which are cheaper than the GoPro versions.

What he said, squillions of happy You Tubers can't be wrong. Some years ago I was tempted by an expensive alternative and have oft regretted it.

Yes, get a GoPro. We have the garmin equivalent, and whilst may be a better camera, it's the wrong shape to mount on most stuff.
