I am all in favour of wind farms and their benefits, BUT, please read this and sign if you agree. I am not entering this for discussion, if you don't agree, don't sign.

My husband is from the Island and I have been many times, it is a beautiful place and unless you have been there, it's difficult to expain the damage it will cause so all I can say is please beleive me. Try and help to stop this. Please sign the petition. Thank you.

I've been there and know what they are planning and it's ridiculous, you get my vote. An amazing place by the way. I have never been anywhere like it, not in Scotland, England or Wales. The Highlands are great on the way, Skye is lovely but Harris and Lewis, nothing compares.

I was up in Lewis/Harris for the last week with inlaws and weather has been good. Harris beaches were fantastic as usual. Gt Bernera with mother and father-in-law and if life there goes any slower they'd stop. Everyone should visit the islands and just see how fantastic they and the people are, they don't deserve this windfarm spoiling their island and home.
