Plumber required who knows about Ferroli boilers

Does anyone know a good plumber who knows about repairing Ferroli boilers?

And, thinking ahead in case it's beyond repair, can anyone recommend a plumber to fit a new boiler (would not necessarily be a Ferroli as apparently they are not the plumbers' favourite make)?

You'll struggle to find anyone who can get the parts. They all come from Italy and take weeks. We used to do their warranties, but have stopped because their supply chain caused so many problems.

Waesch and Sutton say Ferroli boilers are a nightmare, here's a copy
of their business card.

Thanks. I've had Parsons plumbers come and take a look, the plumber seemed to know what he was talking out. A clip has broken so the first thing to do is replace the clip. He is going to find one but unfortunately it may have to come from Italy ....

I don't often come across Ferroli boilers but I've never really had problems getting parts for them. If I remember correctly the last ferroli part I needed was a flue seal which is a fairly obscure part to need and I got that in a couple of days from somewhere online. I would agree though they aren't the best quality boiler available.
