Pond repair Stafford?

Does anyone have any recommendations on someone who could undertake this job?

Judging by the state of mine I'd say I can't, but that depends what is wrong?

Must just be a hole in the lining as it is full to a point.

Guessing if you refill it just goes straight down again? Finding the hole is the hard part, patching it should be fairly easy.
