Here's 1 for the admin team (or guy) - I see there are no actual links to films/docs of interest, can i post links or is that not cool here?

I'd guess it depends what you post, can't see a problem if its legal and not against any forum rules (which seem to basically be the Bill and Ted philosophy of "Be excellent to each other").

I think the rule of thumb is you can post links to information about films, or where to buy films, but posting links to where people can download the films without appropriate payment is frowned upon.

This is the best interpretation of the Forum ethos I have ever seen, and right on the money :)

The Forum is still in its infancy, and as such I haven't really implemented any concrete rules. This is deliberate, and not as a result of any oversight or naiveté on my part - at the moment, everyone seems to be very good at policing themselves, which is the way it will stay until the need arises.

To that end, please just use your common sense when posting links. Links to outside resources are absolutely fine; just bear in mind that we have users of all ages on here, and this is a public forum, so you never know who might be reading :)

Nice of you to consider The Forum before making such posts, though - the very fact you took time to do so assures me that you will do just fine round here! Welcome to The Forum :D

Thanks for the feedback... I think I'll stick to things that have made me smile for whatever reason or interesting documentaries ect. rather than any new releases.
