however it does help a certain man who owns a big digger factory who has sites scattered around that area , who gives a hell of a lot of his money to the Tory coffers.... who , strangely enough has now been made a peer ............ Hmmm
. A very conservative area too, i should know having lived next door to his factory for 17 years.
