Red Telephone Boxes

I used to use the phone in Heuston station four times a year until about eight years ago, to avoid mobile roaming stings.

Other than that, it's probably early 1980s for my last use of a public phone.

There's one at derrington bus stop , no phone in it though !
I'd like to move it into my garden , maybe put an extraction fan in the top and put some fan heaters in ( like the walk in dryer thing at Alton towers) and turn it into my own personal smoking shelter.

Today, I noticed that there's still one in Salt.

On a mission to find one of the old style red telephone boxes.

Noticed today that they sell these -

- in the High House. Thought it could make a nice gift.

Made a note of the price - £6.80.
