Dearest forumites, I hope you will allow me to contribute to this thread. I may just be an old fool who once upon time kept peace throughout the Galaxy and risked his life so that the universe could live in darkness rather than light, but I do feel I may be able to offer something constructive to this thread.
Firstly, all music performed by 'Robbie Williams', all music that has anything to do with 'Robbie Williams', all music that 'Robbie Williams' has had any hand in what so ever - is as artisically worthless as old dried Bantha poop that had dried out and could no longer even be used by some 'new wave' faeces artist. (I mean no offence or denigration to the talents of those involved in Robbie's productions, we all have a price so they say).
I hate to be so crude as it is not in the nature of a Jedi to allow himself to be so profane, even an old Jedi like myself. But, I have allowed myself to be governed by my passions somewhat in my old age.
Secondly, I cannot help but feel that throughout this thread there is a touch of the dark side of the force becoming involved in the tone of the discussion. Ego, my forumites; jealousy, doubt, questioning of integrity and one up man ship, all have reared their ugly ugly heads in such a short time.
There is no kudos in name dropping or fame wiggling or Heat Hogging or E4 Whoring, especially not on a forum my friends. Here on the forum we are anonymous creatures, creatures of purity, soldiers of fortune, renegades of the good; if I was to tell you that I was once killed by Darth Vader only to return on a different level of existence to become more powerful than ever - would you doubt me? would you ask for proof?
If only Quai Gon were here now, he would find the words that would fit this moment now the damn fool, if only I'd reached the door quicker maybe maybe...
it's just a shame that you've jumped in at the deep end, on the defensive!
