I have an Apple TV. Any reason why I should buy a Roku LT?
Would that be any use for streaming Sky Go from my Nexus 7 to my TV?
Probably not much use to me thenNot sure TBH, this is more of a sort of channel thing than a streamer. Apparently sky have a channel on it but think its extra? There is a bit of a rundown here:
Sky are very restrictive on the Sky Go app.... they only develop it for certain devices (i.e. mainstream handsets) and even then they don't allow DNLA or HDMI out.
HDMI out will work on Android, except on the Nexus 7 which doesn't have HDMI .
I thought it did on Android, or at least it used to? I've only used it on iPad so far where of course it won't work with mirroring and on my laptop where it does work using HDMI.Are you talking about Sky Go working on HDMI Out?
