It'd be nice if the parents of these knobs took a bit of responsibility too. There is an idiot who lives along Stockton Lane who seems to have great difficulty in driving sensibly. I understand he's written off a number of cars and in one instance drove into a wall on Bodmin Avenue. He tends to drive sporty high performance cars and when one is written off what do his folks do? They go and buy him another!

Still doesn't learn. Considering the number of kids (of all ages) that walk along that road, and the speeds he does, I am amazed he hasn't killed anyone yet.

He isn't a rare example either, I see some of the cars these kids drive today and I seriously wonder where they get the cash from. If they aren't buying them why on earth are their parents either lending them theirs or buying one for them? Another example the lad who arrives day in day out at Walton in a top of the range Audi. Seriously what gives?

True, and they do it with monotonous regularity. Problem is they sometimes plough into other motorists/pedestrians!

And cyclists. All too often I've come within a hairs breadth of death just because some impatient tool likes the accelerator pedal too much. Combined with a lack of awareness of whats around them makes it a game of roulette every time I go out. Will keep going out on the old push bike though. Cy-killing 'til I die :slayer:
