Staffordshire Music Centre is an independent music facility offering a selection of musical services in the heart of Stafford town centre. Instrument tuition, rehearsal rooms, an affordable recording studio and a music venue are all available in a busy and vibrant atmosphere where creativity thrives!
Instrumental lessons will be offered to both children and adults, providing students with the opportunity to express musical ideas and feelings by encompassing their creativity, imagination and instinct. Lessons take place in our fully equipped studios with an emphases on practical learning.
Each calendar season we feature a ‘Student showcase’. A performance event that allows students to perform and showcase pieces they have been working during their lessons.

We are looking for a singing tutor who can provide students with creative, informative and professional instrumental lessons.
Details:
- You will work on a free-lance, self-employed basis
- You will be paid per 30/45/60 minute lesson
Current salary rates*:
30-minute lesson: £10
45-mintue lesson: £14
60-minute lesson: £18
*Salary rates are subject to change. We do not cover any travel expenses.
Teaching hours are as follows**:
Weekdays: 2pm – 9pm Saturday:9am – 5pm
You will be assigned to students on a demand basis, with your regular slots being adhered to each week. (We always work with the teacher to provide a convenient diary)

Should you be a successful applicant you will be required to attend an interview, including a performance on your specialist instrument.
