@taitou: God, do you want to drag me down the pub *again*?!?
You're on.
Happy birthday, Sofa, and Taitou and I shall endeavour to be in the Lamb on Friday night.

(Just so I know - the Lamb *is* the one around the corner from Wilko's?)

Sweet.. :) Do you think we'll be heading anywhere after the Lamb, or are you planning a quick, quiet drink for your birthday? (surely not?!)

Don't forget, Tomorrow night is Folk & Roots night in the Gatehouse Bar. A good selection of musicians from around the County Town and some travel from Coventry just to join in. The session kicks off at about 8.30pm and finishes at 10.30, this is an experience if you have never been to a session before, those famous words from Forest Gump spring to mind " Life's a box of chocolates" Every session is different than the last, with new musicians turning up to play their own creations. There is a raffle at 10.30 for a bottle of Staffordshire Penny Red Wine. Bar closes at 10.30pm

ah, shame you missed it, a very nice man turned up at the folk & roots night and asked us all to play at his party on friday night, free beer until we fall over, don't you wish you had made it last night? Don't worry, the next one is on 22nd April, a St Georges special, so if you are english and proud, come to the only place that celebrates cultural english music on St Georges Eve, come to the Gathouse Theatre on 22nd April @ 8pm onwards, win some Freedom beer (Brewed in Abbotts Bromley). knowing that you are supporting local businesses.

English and proud, hell yes! That's until I watch the national football team. I'll be at the next one with clogs on Biggin.
