Best recommendation I can give you is NOT to use a Stafford solicitor as they are, er, crap.
In the past twelve months I had need for a solicitor in a rather complicated transaction and used www.tedstones.co.uk. They were very good, and in Penkridge so no need to bugger about with parking.
Going back a while now, but they were the vendors solicitors when I was purchasing and they were crap!We used Grindys under recommendation from our broker and they were great
Used Julie when I was buying this place, no problems.Julie Meers at Mark Redler, we've used her 3 times and she's been fab, never had an issue and she keeps you updated.
You do still need to keep your eye on things yourself.

One can't help but feel unhappy for all concerned...
Currently sitting outside her new place, waiting for money to be actually moved....A 92-year-old that I know is 'moving in the morning' - still waiting on a local solicitor to finalise things at his end....
Still waiting. Everything she has left in the world has been in boxes since yesterday and in the van since 9am today...A 92-year-old that I know is 'moving in the morning' - still waiting on a local solicitor to finalise things at his end....
