I'm Jim from Stafford and along with my business partner from Stone, we launch Sotro - The Social Introducer for iPhone and iPod Touch.

We're very new on the scene and we're really keen to build up local users to Stafford, with a view of gaining feedback over the coming weeks and months.

There's a great deal of psychology around online dating on free and paid websites... following our research, we believe Sotro offers a very fine balance of the two types, in such a way that we help to offer 'value' to mutual connections via the App.

Hi Helen,

Sotro was designed to bridge the gap as a way for people who don't already know each other on those Social Networks to find each other so they can then start chatting on there.

Sotro will most likely primarily be used for dating, however could be used for friendship, professional networking etc.
