Stafford bucking the trend for filling town units ?

    If we ignore the blight of the co-op and the old m&s , Stafford seems to be fairing pretty well with most units actually being occupied these days .
    There's still some work to be five, but we're not looking bad at all tbf.

    It does seem to be the case.

    That last LDC update had Stafford and one other town ( sutton, halesowen some one like that) who had seen an increase in occupancy levels for West Mids in town/ city centres at the mid year point this summer.
