. I have recently been in contact with one of the founding members of KEEP STONE TIDY who has provided me with all the necessary files and documents etc required to set up a KEEP STAFFORD TIDY website. However I do not have the necessary skills to setup such a website and therefore I am appealing to fellow Forumites who maybe able to help me or who would themselves be willing to run the website and showcase the good work being done by Stafford residents. It would be my aim (if allowed) to somehow link this website to Stafford Forum and StreetScene so forumites are able to see the progress being made and comment on any litter problem araes. Incorporated in this I would like a MAP showing all the streets which have become adopted by residents. However I have no idea how to do this.
Thankyou all for your time.

Hi, As requested a little update on where we are with this website. I have a meeting next week with the leader of Stafford Friends of the Earth who are very supportive of what we are trying to achieve and would like to discuss the possibilty of linking this potential KEEP STAFFORD TIDY site with there Friends of the EARTH site. Hopefully I will no more next week. Like you, I am keen to highlight all the good work people are doing in keeping their areas tidy and would like to showcase this. It is my hope that people will then be spurred on by this and the concept will snowball.
Through setting this informal group up, we now have over 10 volunteers in Forebridge, 3 or 4 in Rowley Ward and I am aware of individuals in other wards who are making a stand against litter.
A quick update for Forebridge Residents:
- I have contacted the Headteacher of the Chetwynd center regarding the amount of litter in and around their grounds. She has informed me that they now conduct daily litter picks.
