I have to say, I am quite often on this forum at 4am and that sort of silly time. If I am having a rubbish week at work, and mulling over the events of the day before, I am usually awake at silly o'clock.

I do tend to ..

1 - Stafford Foum
2 - update my facebook and play my silly cafe game
and 3 - watch Eastenders on BBC i player

and then I usually nod off back to sleep !
