Stafford Half Marathon 2012

So I've entered the Stafford Half for the first time on Sunday 25th March 2012. It'll be my first half-marathon.

Hubby's in it, so I will be cheering - let us all know your number / colours / expected time nearer to the race and we'll give you a cheer too!

Haven't signed up yet but will be running, 3rd year in a row :)
Trying to convince Mr z to join in but he's not keen. Hope there are medals this year - last year I ended up with an XL technical t-shirt that's no use to me and nowt else to show for it.

I thought there were medals? What kind of times have you managed? I'm hoping for something around, or under 1:45.00. Doing 10k on Sunday, all being well.

Any advice on the course etc?

Hopefully medals are back this year! Best time 2:18, would like to hit around the 2 hour mark this year. Can't advise you on anything faster, I'm normally just plodding along hoping for the best ;)
