Well everyone was on about how great the new Riverside area will be, but there's still empty units within the area itself and around the cinema, and the area has already lost my bells, and now sweet is apparently closing , just saying it doesn't seem like the saviour that was planned.
Sweet is not part of riverside, although like my belles ( which was replaced) it never looked open with dull lighting and little to no signage.
Correct. Sign on door says it's closed until after Christmas. Yet another odd business decision by owners who obviously have no clue. A town centre speciality, sadly.Sweet isn`t closing.
Serves him right for not stocking up.I hear that Mr S. Claus was disappointed that the igloo and ice axe shop was closed until May.

Or you could say that they realised it wasn't working in the current format and they would rather have things in place for the new year and hit the ground running...Very odd business decision. Closing at a peak time when no doubt there’d be the most footfall.... should have held off till January.
Did they not realise the first time they tried to get in that it was shut?I walked past twice today. Both times a family of 4 were trying to go in.
Maybe as well turn it into a vape shop that also sells mobile phone cases for all the good that will do.Or you could say that they realised it wasn't working in the current format and they would rather have things in place for the new year and hot the ground running...
You surprise me, I was half expecting a post from youyou tell us it would be a mini/little Waitrose...Maybe as well turn it into a vape shop that also sells mobile phone cases for all the good that will do.
