Yes, it closed between Christmas & New Year (there were no signs up prior to Christmas advising of the closure though).Has Warren James the jewelers closed? (On the outside corner of the Guildhall?)
Last I heard the council had agreed during a recent meeting to try to buy it (like the old Co-op).Are they still wanting to make this housing?
