I saw some work being done on the old Smile dentist in Martin Street, adjacent to Greenwoods today. According to SBC, it's a change of use from a dental practice, to part restaurant / firework shop.

Application for a change of use from offices to residential above the bean encounter. I'm in favour of getting more people living in the town centre and making use of the unused upper floors of buildings.

Went past yesterday afternoon, looked like they are progressing well.
