I suspect one is the cafe and 2 & 3 is the old Brighthouse divided into 2. Not sure of the fourth! The old new look store is being sub divided into 6 units.

They're very small unitsThe old new look store is being sub divided into 6 units.
One of the units right next to home bargains has been taken on by the gym for a bike store. I believe the original plans for the building had that box room down as a news agents.... Still guess it gets used now. They're very small units
I found it on Building Control - https://www12.staffordbc.gov.uk/onl...caseType=BuildingControl&keyVal=RYPGJRPS08500Here it is
From looking at it , it looks like some sort of office or maybe a vets with various consultation rooms was in mind. It also uses the back half of the 2nd unit.
Making the second unit very small indeed.
Elements already owned it. They own the whole building. One of the units right next to home bargains has been taken on by the gym for a bike store. I believe the original plans for the building had that box room down as a news agents.... Still guess it gets used now.
They left a plan lying about a few weeks ago , I'll see if I took a picture of it.
There was some mention of the rooms being for physios on the building control - which might make sense of the layoutElements already owned it. They own the whole building.
£1250/m for 650sqft, at that end of town? The old schoolwear place in St Marys is considerably cheaper.I suspect one is the cafe and 2 & 3 is the old Brighthouse divided into 2. Not sure of the fourth!
I always pay using a card because I get cashback on every purchase.
I'm with Chase too.Exactly this. Why carry cash when I can get paid to spend on a card? I have an account I transfer my ‘spending money’ for the month into, and I get 1% cash back on this. Also use the round up feature to take any transaction to nearest whole pound and accumulate something like 7% interest on the pennies rounded. Doesn’t sound much but over a year, it adds up.
Chase bank if you were wondering.
Also, I assume the 1% card fee probably balances relatively reasonably given there is often a charge for providing change etc to businesses. Given the decline in cash transactions that fee is probably less and less cost effective.

The poster in the window states 4 units availableEither I haven't understood where it is, (don't think I have!) Or the number of units is wrong, ((where did th info' come from?), I just Don't see how you can fit 6 units on that space.!
