I didn't see the original post and so can only go by what's been posted subsequently...and the only comment I can make is how bored must you be on the 29th December to put the effort in to writing something which doesn't a) benefit you, or b) benefit others?!

If we'd ignored this and you were are a fully armed nutjob, people would only blame us for not mentioning it. In the world we live in, what do you expect? Having grown up in the age where the IRA had regular field outings its hardly suprising.
As you can all see, this user keeps signing up under different usernames. I will not delete them just yet, as the police want to gather as much information as possible.
Sueng Hui/seung hui/cho, I would advise you just to drop it and stop signing-up/posting, as you are digging yourself a bigger hole. It was not me who reported you to the police - I would have simply deleted your posts and banned your profile had I noticed in time - but now that someone has and they have contacted me, I feel obliged to leave the evidence as it stands and help them in any way I can.

Right, the last thing I want to have to deal with at this busy time of year is idiots like this, so I am banning "cho" and closing registrations for the moment. I hope this doesn't mean we lose any potential new users, but I never thought I'd end up having to deal with the police as a result of someone's actions on here, so I don't see that I have much choice.
It's interesting to note that the offender's last message was posted from:
The IP address is: 88.208.236.35
The host name is: server88-208-236-35.live-servers.net
Now, this could of course be a proxy again, but it certainly looks more authentic than his last few IPs (which were hidemyass.com, anonymouse.org, etc.). The whois information (which can be found here) suggests that any abuse is reported to abuse@fasthosts.co.uk.
