@1JKz Their Companies House registration is 07155701 if you want to look them up. I believe they do have a local landline but Senior Lady BoD got that number to call them for me whilst I was at work. The 0800 number I took from their VAT receipt.

I called them 2-3 years ago and i had the same problem, they wouldn't come out to look at the work after 6pm, or on weekends.

D&S Aerials, so far the only person to have been round and quote me.
Problem, the quote is (what i consider to be) too much.

LH Aerials haven't got back to me.

It's looking like i'm going to have to stay with the money/blood sucking Virgin Media.
