Stoke-on-Trent need to use full dialling code.

At some point in the near future it will become necessary to use the full number, including the dialling code, to dial a local number from a landline within the Stoke on Trent 01782 area.

I've been dialling using the STD code from landlines for years now. Probably stems from having to use them with mobile numbers.
