Suitcase zip repairs

Is there anywhere in Stafford that mends zips on suitcases ? (the IT lightweight fabric type) .Zip is still intact, but come away a couple of inches by the corner .

The IT bags have a 10 year guarantee so if you still have the receipt then you can get an exchange.

Otherwise try a shoe repair shop.

Thanks @Carole . I still have the receipt and tags. But it says manufacturing faults covered and not wear and tear so I suppose they will blame it on that . Will get in touch with them though to see .
