    If you’re looking for something challenging to do in support of Katharine House Hospice then look no further. The Endurance Challenge is back for 2013 and this time there are ten testing hills to take on. The ideal race for those wanting to test their fitness or for those just wanting to get fit, the Endurance Challenge have you feeling fantastic at the finish.
    Starting and ending at Milford Common (ST17 0UW), those brave enough to enter will run approximately 5.4 miles whilst taking on 10 testing hills. The route which shows the all the gradients can be viewed HERE. All runners will receive a medal and water at the finish. There will also be a presentation for the top three male and top three female finishers.
    All runners must be over the age of 15 and those under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult on the day.
    How to register
    Simply complete and return the form on the attachements below, register online, or phone the fundraising team on 01785 270808. You wil then be posted your running number, fundraising pack and sponsorship forms. Wednesday 20th February. All on the day entries will be charged at £15. Medals can’t be guaranteed for those who register on the day.

    Last year the Endurance Challenge runners raised over £5,000 for Katharine House. The hospice stays open 24hrs a day, 365 days a year and this money has made a big difference to the lives of many people. The sponsor money you raise will local people coping with the challenges of living with a life limiting illness. Thanks to support from people like YOU our patients and their families are given the dignity they deserve.
    This year the event is kindly supported by Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centre.

    I see we that have a Hospice banner for this event at the top of the main page, now and then...
